Structural engineer report commissioned by owner of the wall has identified the two trees that are responsible for the wall's collapse. The trees have been assessed by a tree surgeon who agrees and has provided a quote for felling the trees.

Ash (T1) - fell due to proximity to boundary wall leading to collapse. Any repairs necessitate the felling of the tree prior to works being carried out

Replanting: No replanting is proposed as any replacement will undermine the rebuilding of the wall. However, should replanting be requested by the Planning officer/ council we are happy to carry it out.
