Public consultation - Public Rights of Way
Leicestershire's rights of way network has developed over hundreds of years and the Council recognises that it must meet the current and future needs of the public. Every council that is responsible for public rights of way must have a Rights of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP).
The Council now has a draft Rights of Way Improvement Plan, informed by the feedback received and the Council's findings. Engagement continues to be an important part of this process, and as a Parish Council, your knowledge will be invaluable in informing the ROWIP. The Council would like to hear your views on the draft ROWIP and associated Action Plan. You can do this by completing a survey on Leicestershire County Council's Have Your Say Webpage which will be open for a 12 week period from the 22nd May 2025.
