As part of a refurbishment programme, two new benches have been installed - one in Thorpe Arnold and one at the top of the High Street in Waltham. In due course, the remaining two will be replaced. Please enjoy this new seating.

The Waste Site in Melton re-opens on Monday 18th May and you can start booking slots as from today, Thursday 14th May.
If your waste can wait, then do not visit the site. You will be allowed only one visit every 2 weeks and the waste you can recycle will be restricted.

You may have already heard it, but the clock is now repaired and running again. In these difficult times, at least there are still some jobs that can be completed when working in isolation. Stay safe and well.

When we are free to venture out again, the cattle grid on the Garthorpe Road has now been mended and the road open on both sides for traffic. Thanks to LCC for completing this work over the Easter period.
